Refund and Return Policy

As a print-on-demand dropshipping and customized printing business, each product is uniquely crafted per your design and requirements. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them efficiently.


 

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Defective Products: If the product has manufacturing defects or damages.
  2. Printing Issues: If there is an error in the printing, such as incorrect designs, misaligned graphics, or color discrepancies not matching the approved design.

 

Products not eligible for return:

  • Items with minor color differences due to screen calibration.
  • Customized products with customer-provided errors (e.g., incorrect spelling, design).
  • Products without defects in printing or manufacturing.

 

Conditions for Return

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of the product.
  • Items showing signs of wear or misuse will not be accepted.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request an RMA Number:
    Email us at support@printyworld.com with the following details:

    • Your order number.
    • The reason for the return (please attach pictures of the defect for quicker processing).
  2. Receive the RMA Number:
    Once your request is approved, you will be provided with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  3. Package Your Return:
    Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return parcel. Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Ship the Product to:

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued for defective products only, once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Exchanges or Store Credit: If you prefer, we can exchange the defective product or issue store credit of equivalent value.

 

Shipping Charges

  • For defective items: PrintyWorld will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other cases: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Important Notes

  • Returns without an authorized RMA number will not be processed.
  • If the product is not returned in its original condition, a refund or exchange may not be granted.
  • Always inspect your items upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
